Refund policy
Midwest Muse will accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on www.Midwestmuse.com for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition free of perfume, makeup, pet hair or deodorant stains.
For In-store returns, you have 7 days from the date purchased to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items Include:
Final Sale + Discounted Items, Accessories (Jewelry, Sunglasses and Hair Items) Swimwear, Bramis, Intimates, Bodysuits, Hats & Final Sale items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Returns are for STORE CREDIT only. And will be issued in the form of an e-gift card within 7 business days of us receiving your returned package. We do not refund shipping costs.
All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

Shipping
Shipping and handling charges on your order are non-refundable. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.
If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size), you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.
Midwest Muse is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered". Please contact your local post office to settle a claim or track package.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be made.
